According to the ESRB and Partnernet (Pics Below) Marvel Vs Capcom 2 is coming out on Xbox 360 XBLA and Playstation 3 PSN as a downloadable title for each console. No features have been announced yet but we can assume that it will have online multi player and score ranking modes.

Something seems a little fishy to me -- why would they use that icon? That's the Ryu are from SSF2T HD. The SF Alpha sprites were used for Ryu in MvC2.
